Commission information basics

Commissioning me can start in one of two ways, you notice and reach out to me on one of my socials directly or apply via the Application here or linked below. As I have spread to multiple social media outlets, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Instagram, ect. I recommend filling out the application to ensure I do not miss your message. I will try to reply to all inquiries within 3 business days of application.

The process

After applying for a commission I will reach back out and inform you of my interest/availability to take on your project. I reserve the right to reject any application I so choose and have listed in my TOS information on what subject matter I will not draw. Availability is also a limiting factor as I try not to take on excess workload to insure I can pay the proper attention to my clients and prevent extreme wait-times. If I am unable to take on your project you may ask to be put on a waiting list, in which case I will reach out to you after working through my existing queue. I attempt to keep the wait to under a month but that is subject to change. After I have reached back out to you regarding your commission, and should I accept, you will be put into the Queue which you can track via my Trello board . I will give you updates on where you are located in the Queue in events of wait-times. When I reach your possition in queue I will approach you with a rough sketch, (More advanced commissions may receive up to 3 rough 'thumbnail' sketches as drafts for potential compositions) from here you may approve the sketch or ask for adjustments (sketches may be adjusted 2-3 times for free in the rough draft phase) and once you are satisfied with the layout you will approve the sketch and I will send you an invoice. I will NEVER request payment prior to approval of the sketch. I will wait to proceed with work until the invoice is paid ( I offer an option to pay 60% upfront and 40% at finish but prefer upfront payment to avoid fees and confusion)From this point I will give updates either daily or once every other day until your art piece is completed. Please note that if you see an error in the art work that needs to be corrected (wrong colored hair, missing tattoos, incorrect placement of scars etc.) please let me know as soon as you notice them as errors are far easier to correct early on.Final files will be provided via Google Drive link and will be available in multiple PNG file sizes (please let me know if you require additional files such as PSD or PDF). Of note, if you have elected for the split payment style, no link to your final files will be provided until the invoice has been paid in full. I will provide water marked screenshots that let you know how the finals look until then.

What is an Adoptable?Simple, ever wanted to create a character but struggle with character design? Pre-made designs that are fully packaged and ready to be used for anything from Roleplay, Art or other uses. What is a YCH?
Standing for Your Character Here, a YCH listing usually includes a generic pose or scene that can be tweaked to fit your needs. YCH's can be sold in slots or as a single use art piece. YCHs allow clients to browse compositions and pick the scenes they like the best for their character. YCHs take out the hassle of back and forth discussion with an artist doing custom illustration work, because of this they are often discounted compared to commission rates.
Below are my current listings.
